Been having my hair done here for a number of years now, including having my wedding hair done here. Jemma is the best! I go in and let her do what she thinks is best and come out loving my hair every single time. The experience is lovely and everyone is friendly and really look after you. I completely trust Jemma with my hair and would 100% recommend her to anyone.

Jemma is an absolutely phenomenal hairdresser and a wonderful person. I've been getting my hair done with Jemma for the last few years and I can't imagine going anywhere else, she's so talented and given me amazing and different colours in my hair and just the other day I went platinum and my hair feels and looks amazing and she also recommended a hairstyle that was perfect. I had my first experience at this Salon yesterday, Gemma fitted me in within 24hrs(I only called Wednesday afternoon) Gemma & co were so welcoming, can't remember the last time anyone took my coat!!! Gemma listened to what I wanted & did just that. I asked her questions about my hair, she was very knowledgeable. I told her about the issues I have had/have with my hair due to an autoimmune disease I have, I was surprised she knew of the condition, saying other clients have it, recommended me shampoos to help with hair growth. Just an all round fab experience, the salon was very modern & clean. I especially loved how Gemma spoke to the two girls who are training, very genuine & kind. Thank you, will be back for another appointment in the near future 😊❤️xx

I had my first cut and blow dry at Hair No11 yesterday and I am delighted with the result! The salon is spotless and Jemma and Alisha were very friendly and welcoming.
